2019 Major Events details

Dates and venues have been finalised for several of the most popular meetings of the year, which are taking place at tracks where they have become established and successful in the past.

The British Final remains at Belle Vue and will take place on Monday July 29, with a seeding process to be put in place for that event along with one semi-final to be staged at Redcar.

Meanwhile, the British Under-21 Final is the first Major Event of the season and will take place at Berwick for a second successive year, on Saturday April 27, with semi-finals earlier in the month at the Isle of Wight and Somerset. Meanwhile, the country’s top Under-19s will compete at Redcar on Thursday August 15.

The Championship Fours returns to its spiritual home of Peterborough on Sunday June 23, with the Pairs retaining its pre-British Grand Prix billing at Somerset, taking place on Friday September 20 – whilst the Championship Riders’ Individual will once again be staged at Sheffield, on Sunday September 1.
