Tickets for End of Season Awards now available

Tickets for the Eastbourne Eagles Awards and Presentation evening, which takes place on Saturday 16^th November at Herstmonceux Castle, are now available.
 
Event details:

• The Ball Room – Herstmonceux Castle
• Dress – Smart / Smart-Casual 
• Time 7.30pm to 12 midnight
• Hot Meal/ Buffet / Cold Buffet + Full Bar
• Presentation and Event Compere – Kevin Coombes / Barrie Geer
• Disco – Elite Discos
• Auction of Memorabilia (Details to Follow) – Auctioneer – Kevin Coombes

 
Ticket ordering process:
 
Each Applicant is initially limited to 2 Tickets per Person – Face Value £25.00
(No concessions and it is suggested that the evening is not suitable for young Children)

You will receive a response within 12 hours with a SPECIFIC Registration Number and details of how to make payment (Bank Transfer only)
 
The Reference and your surname should be included on Bank Payment
 
Once received, Payment will be acknowledged (within 12 hours).
 
Ticket(s) with your Unique Reference and Name included can be collected from The Speedway Office (Turnstile Area) at any Home Meeting from Saturday 24th August and any tickets not collected by 28th September 2019 will be posted out after that date.
 
Any remaining tickets will be on sale from Next Home meeting (Saturday 24th August) but best to apply as soon as possible.
