90th Anniversary Merchandise
Anniversaries make memories and Eastbourne Speedway’s 90th will ensure fans have souvenirs to remember the big day.
There will be a:
Special programme for the day;
A limited-edition badge; and
A printed anniversary issue of the Flying High magazine.
The programme, badge and magazine are all be available to pre-order and the message is a simple one: buy as soon as you can. Stocks will be limited.
90th Anniversary Programme
A special, limited edition 48-page programme will cover the on-track Championship of Sussex meeting and also the planned themed event to include races / demonstrations from riders and bikes covering the 90-year history of Speedway at Arlington Stadium.
It will be available to pre-order for collection at the event on Sunday the 26th of September or by mail order for those unable to attend.
This will be a limited edition programme with a print run to cover anticipated event day sales and pre-orders only.
90th Anniversary Badge
Based on the specially designed and exclusive 90th Anniversary logo created by top Speedway designer Barry Cross, this limited edition badge will be available only by pre-order and sales at Eastbourne Speedway from the day of the event until stocks last.
EXCLUSIVE printed 90th Anniversary 92-page FLYING HIGH magazine
Our widely acclaimed interactive Flying High magazine comes to print for the first and possibly only time.
It will be a top quality, print edition to feature 92-pages of pictures (many unseen from private collections), historical and anecdotal articles and information and statistics covering the opening in 1929 to the current day.
Exclusive interviews with many famous names of the past and present.
This edition will be strictly limited to 1,000 copies
Available by MAIL ORDER ONLY from today to be posted out from mid-September.
Due to the quality of the production/design and quality; we don’t think it is suited to be folded up and possibly damaged if sold on the day so PRE ORDER for postal delivery only.
As a unique THANK YOU, the first 300 copies sold will see the purchaser’s name on a special embossed page as a unique memento of this very special occasion
Anticipated launch and postal dates for mail order is no later than MONDAY, September 20, 2021

The event will include a top quality field including some riders NOT participating in UK Speedway in 2021 in the 2021 CHAMPIONSHIP OF SUSSEX and also an integrated three-hour event including The Championship of Sussex plus races and demonstrations and parade laps from machines and riders of the past plus some very SPECIAL surprises including a Grand Closing Ceremony to include Presentation to “The Ultimate Eagles” as voted for in 2020 by Eagles Fans around the world.
We plan to announce the first two of the Provisional Championship of Sussex field next week.
