Answer: Jason Crump. Here was the sequence: Tony Rickardsson set the track record at 55.1 in May 2003. The figure stood for almost five years before Crump set 54.9 in April 2008 and then lowered it again to 54.8 on June 29, 2008.

Answer: Gary Cottham from Uckfield.
