Countdown to Herstmonceux Castle
We hope that you are looking forward to The End Of Season Presentation Event at Herstmonceux Castle which takes place this Saturday, the 16th November.
A reminder that the event is strictly ticket only and all tickets are sold out.
Please remember to bring your tickets with you to ensure entry to The Castle grounds.
If you have purchased a ticket and either not collected from the stadium earlier in the season, nor received it in the post can you please e-mail us urgently at admin@eastbourne-speedway.com by 12 noon tomorrow (Friday 15th November).
The evening starts at 7.30pm promptly.
Gate access to the Castle will open at 6.45pm (if arriving prior to that please use the intercom buzzer on the Main Gate)
The evening will consist of:
- Hot fork buffet with table wine provided
- A fun Eastbourne Eagles themed quiz
- Formal Presentation of 2019 Awards
- Disco provided by Elite Discos.
Your compères for the evening will be Kevin Coombes and Barrie Geer.
A full bar will be open with card and cash facilities with final orders around 11.20pm
Dress Code is Smart / Smart Casual
It is a requirement of castle regulations that the event is closed by 12 midnight promptly.
