Flying High with Lee Kilby
As exclusively revealed in the fourth issue of Flying High, Lee Kilby is joining the Eastbourne HG Aerospace Eagles management team for the 2021 season.
He will take responsibility for commercial and community activities, as well as having oversight of match day arrangements.
The agreement sees Lee join the Eagles for the 2021 season while the Swindon Robins sit out the forthcoming campaign because of rebuilding works at their stadium.
Lee became commercial manager of Swindon at the end of 2016, a position he still holds.
He added to his involvement with the Robins by becoming co-promoter at the start of 2019 when Colin Pratt left the role for Peterborough.
Eastbourne Director, Ian Jordan, said Lee would bring huge benefits to the Eagles but added the appointment should only be seen in the context of the 2021 season.
“We sincerely hope that the Swindon Robins are back on track in 2022 with Lee and Alun Rossiter back there at the helm,” he said.

The Prime Minister’s ‘roadmap’ out of the Covid-19 lockdown means some changes have been made to the club’s fixture list in the Championship.
The first home match is now due to be against Newcastle on May 22 and the visit of Berwick to Arlington is now scheduled for August 16. The away fixtures against Scunthorpe and Birmingham have also been rearranged.
As announced yesterday (24th Feb) Eastbourne have been formally accepted into the National Development League (NDL) and we will confirm those fixtures shortly. All fixtures remain provisional.
