Seagulls v Kings Postponed

Due to heavy rain in the area in the past few days and a forecast from our independent Club weather expert (who has always been unerringly accurate in her forecasts to date), which indicates a 90% probability of very heavy thundery rain up to 10.00pm tonight and an 85% probability of further heavy rain tomorrow evening from around 6.00pm; we have decided to make the early decision to postpone the planned NDL Match between the Eastbourne Seagulls and Kent Royals tomorrow evening.

With the cooperation of Len Silver and the Kent Management and with the foresight of a less than positive weather outlook for this weekend; we are already discussing a suitable and early restaging date.

All Tickets purchased will be valid for the rearranged fixture and we will make an announcement regarding the rearranged date hopefully by Monday 21st June.

Once the rearranged date is announced we will confirm the process to claim a refund or to transfer the ticket to another meeting, if you are not able to make the revised date.

We are very disappointed to have to call the meeting off; but believe that rider safety and our customer/supporter comfort and enjoyment of an exciting product is paramount.

A reminder that the next Championship Fixture is the eagerly awaited clash v GLASGOW Tigers on Sunday 4th July. Tickets are selling fast so please book soon to avoid disappointment as the Match looks set to be a complete sell out and there will be NO Live Streaming of this event.

The Eagles will also be publishing a Q&A with Director Ian Jordan and Co-Promoter Lee Kilby later today.
