Northern Tour – Our Thanks

The Team and Management of Eastbourne Fineprint Eagles would like to thank our Travelling Army for their magnificent and very vocal support over the past few days of our Northern Tour, it is truly inspiring and very much appreciated.

We would like to also pass on our thanks to The Officials and Supporters at Edinburgh, Berwick and Newcastle for a wonderful warm and friendly welcome.

We were delighted to reward you all with a stunning Away win at Newcastle and now look forward to the Knockout Cup Semi-final (and hopefully the Final!) and the Championship Shield Final against Leicester in September.

We still aim to finish in the top half of the League Table with key home matches next Saturday 24th August v Redcar and following Saturday 31st August v Sheffield and hope for a bumper crowd at both to cheer the lads on.

The news on Alfie following his crash in heat two at Newcastle last night, is that he is home and had his dislocated knee put back in place. He will have some physio and we will await news on how long he may be out for, if at all.

We will be delighted to see Edward back on Saturday and would like to thank Nick Morris for being an outstanding Guest on and off the Track on the Tour.
